JSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» is one of the largest producers of beer, soft drinks, mineral and drinking waters in Russia and is located in the territory of the Republic of Crimea. The plant was built and put into operation under the guidance of the best European experts in 1982. Today the BSP «KRYM» is the largest financially stable enterprise in the republic where highly professional specialists with many years of experience work.

The enterprise have implemented the HACCP system, which allows to provide control over the safety of the products manufactured. JSC «BSP «KRYM» is equipped with the most modern equipment; and the high quality, traditional technologies and natural components make our products popular and beloved for more than 35 years.

Malt, water and hops are the basis of any beer. But at the same time all brands differ from each other in taste, color, aroma and ABV. What is the secret? Each brand of beer requires separate cooking and a special subsequent process procedure. Each brand is a unique recipe, developed by our experts in strict accordance with the traditional brewing. Composition of each brand requires a certain proportion of malt and hops. Hops are divided into several species – aroma and bittering, and they also differs by origin. Malt is still more difficult, as malt species are quite a lot, we can list only a few of them: barley – light, dark, caramel, burnt, as well as wheat and rye. Taste and color of the beer almost entirely depends on the type of malt used. Our brewers select the highest quality hops and malt for beer making so that each kind of beer is unique. Addition of unmalted materials, such as rice and corn grits, can bring various original notes of taste in beer. Usually their addition softens the taste of beer and makes it more refined. You can be sure that by choosing our product, you choose taste, quality and commitment to the long-standing traditional brewing.

Beer making is a complex and lengthy process, consisting of several technological stages: making of malt, making of beer wort, fermentation, maturation, beer filtration and bottling. Beer, produced by the BSP «KRYM», is made according to original recipes from natural high-quality raw materials and under special technology, which includes advanced scientific achievements and classical traditions of brewing. At the moment the facility is equipped with the most modern equipment; and annual investments in production allow to increase the capacity of the enterprise. Quality of the products produced by the facility is confirmed by numerous awards and victories in various competitions.

In 2019, they became the Exclusive Partner of Simferopol International Airport, releasing a limited series of “Krymskaya” water.

• Limited co-brand series of “Krymskaya” mineral and drinking water range from the BSP “Krym” and Simferopol Airport.
• Renewed “Krymsky Kvas”.
• “Krym Krepkoye” beer in a new format - aluminum can.

At the International Exhibition “BEER 2019” in Sochi, the plant’s products were awarded 7 gold medals “For Excellent Quality”.

In 2018, the plant went on with its course for steady development and reinforcement of its positions on the Russian federal market. An important event for the plant was its participation in the opening of a new terminal of the Simferopol International Airport and the Crimean Bridge.

"KRYM" plant took up the role of a Water Partner for many business, sports, cultural and socially important events, guests of which were representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Crimea.

New format of events - Beer gastronomic dinner - has been successfully launched. It has become an excellent possibility to provide a better knowledge of our products to beer connoisseurs and disclose to them peculiarities of the traditional brewage technology.

• "KRYM" Beer and Soft Drinks Plant was entered into the Passport of the Republic of Crimea. It is an official journal of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea that covers high-priority areas of development of the peninsula, its economic structure and major enterprises.
• At the "BEER" International Exhibition in Sochi, plant products have won a Grand Prix, three gold medals and one bronze medal "For Perfect Quality".
• At XX Russian Agro-Industrial exhibition "Golden Autumn" products of the plant have won three silver medals "For High Quality of Products".
• At XXVI Food Products Exhibition "Peterfood" products of the plant have won gold and silver medals in the "Our mark" competition, gold and silver medals in the "Innovative product" competition.

2017 for the JSC «BSP «KRYM» became a year of steady growth of production and development of new markets. In the first half of the year, the company's delegates presented a product line at exhibitions in the regions of Russia and abroad. So, in China within the framework of the Russian Gastronomic Week representatives of the factories agreed on cooperation with retailers and distributors from China. Business contacts with representatives of the industry in Kazakhstan are established within the framework of Inter Food Astana – 2017. A principally new soft youth «KRYMCHIK» drink was developed and produced, and with its natural composition and excellent taste qualities became an object of special pride of the entire collective of the enterprise. A new line for bottling beer and soft beverages in an aluminum cans was launched. Investments in new equipment amounted to more than 200 million rubles.

2016 is rich in both novelties and achievements for the facility. The year began with the recognition of the quality of the brewery's products at the largest International Exhibition Prodexpo-2016, and in May at the BEER-2016 exhibition in Sochi the first novelty of 2016 «YALTA» beer was introduced. «YALTA» victoriously won not only gold, but also the hearts of consumers. Also, the design of soft drinks in a branded glass bottle was marked by the Grand Prix. In June, the first store of branded trade of JSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» started its work. The refurbishment of the facility with more modern equipment was not left aside either. The following equipment was purchased:

• Modern PET-bottling line with a capasity of 14,000 b/h.
• Equipment for shrink bottle packing and corrugated box bottle packing for bottling lines No.1 and No.2 (empty bottle depressant, shrink machine, packing palletizer, pallet wrapper, conveyor system, roller conveyors).
• Schemes for cooling hot wort.
• CIP washing system for the PET-bottling line.

• The Gold Medal of the contest The best product – 2016 was awarded to the «LEMONADE» soft drink, the «KRYMSKAYA DRINKING WATER», the «KRYM LAGER» beer, «SEVASTOPOLSKOYE» beer, and «CRIMEAN RIVIERA» beer at the 23rd international exhibition of food, beverages and raw materials for their production Prodexpo – 2016.

In 2015, the facility launched a premium line of beer, soft drinks, mineral and drinking water. The premium beer bottle changed in appearance and became green. Its distinctive mark is the inscription Crimea. The bottle for drinks, mineral and drinking water became white. Bottles for drinks also have the inscription Crimea.

100,000,000 liters of beer were bottled for the first time in the history of the plant, and for the first time beer sales on the mainland exceeded beer sales on the peninsula. At the end of the year, the Crimea brewery became the best taxpayer of the peninsula.

In 2014 the enterprise carried out large-scale measures on technical re-equipment and increase of production efficiency.

• The third stage of replacement of compressor units and capacitors for the new energy-saving equipment of the Japanese company MYCOM and the Belgian company Baltimore in the refrigeration compressor workshop was carried out.
• Cooling system of air compressors was reconstructed.
• A mixer-saturator of the German company Famix for the production of soft drinks was purchased, installed and put into operation.
• A softening system for soft drinks and bottle washing machines was purchased and put into operation.
• A line for bottling drinking water into 19-liter bottles was purchased, installed and put into operation.

In 2014, successful work was carried out to develop and master the production of new types of products that our customers already liked: beer – «RUSSIAN», «NAKHIMOVSKOYE» and «SIMFEROPOLSKOYE». Soft drinks – «KVASS KRYMSKY».

• «KRYM LAGER» beer marked with the Grand Prix for the highest quality of light beer at the 16th International Competition of Beer, Soft Drinks, Mineral and Drinking Water in Kiev.
• «YUBILEINOYE» beer was awarded a silver medal for the high quality of light beer at the 16th International Competition of Beer, Soft Drinks, Mineral and Drinking Water in Kiev.
• «YANTARNY KOLOS» beer was awarded a gold medal for the high quality of light beer at the 16th International Competition of Beer, Soft Drinks, Mineral and Drinking Water in Kiev.
• «DESYATKA» beer was awarded a gold medal for the high quality of light beer at the 16th International Competition of Beer, Soft Drinks, Mineral and Drinking Water in Kiev.

• In April, we began the production of the new «YANTARNY KOLOS» beer, preserving the recipe of the 70s of the last century.
• In April, we resumed the production of the «CREAM SODA» retro-drink, improving the label design and developing a unique quality mark for our trademark.

• PJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» in the drinks segment switched to the release of a new 0.5 liter PET package instead of the previously produced volume of 0.45 liters.
• In April, we began the production of a new «VÁCLAV» beer.
• In May, we began the production of a new «YUBILEINOYE» beer.
• In June, we began the production of a new «GOLDEN GRYPHON».
• In December, we began the production of a new «KAPITANSKOYE» beer.

• In April, the PJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» was placed on the Honor Board of Zheleznodorozhny district of Simferopol for the achieved successes and significant contribution to the social, economic and cultural development of the city of Simferopol.
• In April, the PJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» was awarded a commendation by the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
• In May, the facility was awarded a commendation by the Republican Committee for Environmental Protection of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
• In June, the director of the PJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» Alexei Mikhailovich Khmelnitsky was awarded a diploma on placing the facility's labor collective on the city's Honor Board.
• In June, the collective of the facility was awarded with the certificate of honour of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

On September 29-30, within the framework of the international contest Svyato Pivo – 2012 the PJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» won:

PJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» celebrated the 30th anniversary of its founding. 30 years of compliance with the laws of traditional brewing!

• In March, we began the production of a new «DVANADTSYATKA» beer.
• In June, we began the production of a new 14-day beer «SVETLOYE NEPASTERIZOVANNOYE».
• In July, we began the production of drinks «LEMONADE GRUSHA» and «LEMONADE YABLOKO».

• In January, PJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» became the winner of the regional stage of the All-Ukrainian Quality Product Competition Best Crimean Products – Crimean Quality.
• In May, PJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» became the winner in the nomination Food Industry.
• In May, the labor collective of the PJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» was placed on the Honor Board.
• In June, the labor collective of the PJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» was placed on the city's Honor Board.
• In September, the PJSC «BSP «KRYM» took a place of honor in the national business rating of Ukraine.
• In September, within the framework of the Beer Festival 2011 exhibition, the PJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» received awards.

OJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» was renamed into PJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM».

• In March, the production of drinking purified «STOLOVAYA» water PET 0.45 liters, 1 liter, 2 liters and 6 liters.
• In December, we began the production of a new «DESYATKA» beer.

• In May, we rebranded the «ZHIGULEVSKOYE» beer.
• In May, we rebranded the «KRYMSKAYA MINERAL WATER».

• In June, the labor collective of the OJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» represented by General Director A.M. Khmelnitsky, was place on the city's Honor Board.
• In June, Ruslana Distribution Company LLC, the distributor of the OJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM», took an honorable 5th place in the TOP of Large Enterprises of Ukraine.
• In June, the OJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» became one of the ten largest brewing companies in Ukraine.
• In September, within the framework of the exhibition Svyato Pivo 2010, the OJSC «Beer & Soft Drinks Plant «KRYM» received awards for achievements in the production of high quality products.
• In November, the «LEMONADE KRYM» drink became the winner of the All-Ukrainian product quality contest 100 Best Goods of Ukraine.

• In April, we mastered the production of a new type of product – the fermentation product «TAVRICHESKY KVASS».
• In August, we began the production of «CRIMEAN RIVIERA» beer and «BELOE» beer.
• We renewed the production of purified drinking water «KRYM-AQUA» with sparkling and non-sparkling water.

• All efforts are directed to the establishment of the sales department of own distribution network.
• In September, «KRYM TRADITSIONNOYE» beer is put into production, the assortment of soft drinks expands.

«CRIMEAN RIVIERA» dark beer is positioned as an elite, local beer for guests and residents of the peninsula.

A distinctive feature of the group's development vector is the course for qualitative growth, a course that marked the priority of qualitative and long-term transformations over quantitative ones. The history of our facility begins in 1982, when the Simferopol Beer and Soft Drinks Production Facility No. 2 was put into operation with a capacity of 10 million decalitres of beer per year. It became the successor of many years of history and richest traditions of brewing in the Crimea.
