From February 11 to February 15, the 26th international exhibition of food products, drinks and raw materials for their production “Prodexpo-2019” was held in Moscow. It is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
Currently, Prodexpo is the largest international food forum in Russia and Eastern Europe. This exhibition plays an important role in shaping the vector of development of the national food industry, and also contributes to the promotion of quality products on the national market.
The honorary guests of Prodexpo 2019 were Sergey Bednov, the Director General of Expocentre JSC, Oksana Lut, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Sergey Lisovsky, the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management, Sergey Katyrin, the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, and more.
This year, 2,442 companies from 69 countries participated in Prodexpo, of which 1,722 are Russian producers and suppliers of food and beverages.
The Plant “Krym” annually presents a whole range of beer, drinks and water at Prodexpo. 2019 was not an exception, and in addition to the products long known to the guests of the exhibition, novelties were presented, among which:
- Range of craft beer – Double Hops and Cherry Hops;
- “Krym Dark” beer;
- “Krym Non-Аlcoholic”.
At the plant’s stand, a gallery of drinks and export samples of products were organized. Vadim Mironov, one of the guests of the exhibition, made an amber picture depicting the logo of “Beer & Soft Drinks Plant “Krym”.
Within the framework of Prodexpo, the Purchasing Centre for Retail Chains™ was held – it is the largest Russian platform for negotiations between suppliers and purchasers of retail chains. The Plant “Krym” did not only take part in the negotiations, but also provided “Krymskaya” Drinking Water for all suppliers and representatives of the chains, which also helped restore water balance to the participants of various business events at Prodexpo.
The International Competition “Best Product” is traditional for Prodexpo. According to its results, “Beer & Soft Drinks Plant “Krym” was granted the Gold Medal for products:
- “Krymskaya” mineral water;
- “Krymchik” Apple drink;
- “Lemonade” drink;
- “Belaya Skala” beer beverage;
- “Chernaya Gora” beer beverage;
- “Krym Krepkoye” beer.
